Meet The Team

Laurensia Lindi P.

Head of Guidance and Counselling

Ms. Lindi is a dedicated educational psychologist with over 15 years of experience in education and counselling. Currently serving as the Head of School Counsellor at Sinarmas World Academy, she provides support for students from early years to high school, while leading initiatives such as the Personal and Social Development (PSD) Programme and various psychological assessments and workshops. Holding both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Psychology from Universitas Katolik Atmajaya Jakarta, she has also worked as a university student counsellor and early years teacher, reflecting her deep commitment to the academic and emotional growth of children and adolescents.

Danny K. Tania

Special Education Specialist

Mr. Danny has been dedicated to education since 2003, starting as a public school teacher before moving into educator training and program development. Since 2008, he has specialized in supporting children with learning difficulties such as dyslexia, ADHD, and autism.

He brings practical experience from placements at the Malaysia Dyslexia Association and Saint Andrew Autism Center, and holds certifications in Learning Disorders Management, Child Psychology, and Special Education. He also earned a Master’s in Early Childhood Education, focusing on diverse learning needs. Mr. Danny is also trained in the Science of Reading, equipping him with evidence-based strategies to support struggling readers and strengthen literacy skills.

ES Growth and Development

The Growth and Development Education is designed to provide age-appropriate education that supports students’ understanding of sexual and health development as well as physical, emotional, and social development.

Teens Development in The Digital World

A workshop designed for grade 6 to grade 11 students aims to empower the students to have the ability in embracing the healthy sexual development and at the same time have the ability to evaluate their online behaviours and recognise potential risks in the digital world. The students will be guided to develop the ability in making responsible decisions in their teenage life and digital world.
